Product Returns  

Product returned due to malfunction or dissatisfaction, require a Return Manufacturer's Authorisation or RMA number before package can be returned. For product return issues, please send an email to: info (at symbol) happytherapie.com or refer to our contact details below. Our staff will contact you to understand the details of the request within 2 business days after receipt of your email. Reimbursements for products returned will not include shipping costs.
